Our January movie won the Palme d’Or award at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, but it is also topical. Set in Iran, the language is Persian / Farsi, but there will be English subtitles.
After the movie, we find a nearby restaurant to discuss it. If you are interested, just show up 15 or 20 minutes before the scheduled start time and look for a group of people speaking English. Just ask if we are the “Connect Movie Club” if it is your first time and you don’t recognize anyone.
